As a Latvian who has been living abroad since 2007 (currently Slovakia), and eventually would like to return to live – what do you personally think? Are you happy? Is it noticeably getting better compared to 10-15 years ago? Also, glad to see our brothers Lithuania, scoring #1 for young people. What a great achievement!
