      Is this a place of historic or symbolic significance? Or is it just an example of the recovery of the liberated territories? I am curious because of your use of quotation marks

      Is this show-off for buffalo herders from Shusha’s environs? Or for the Turkic Org big wigs that go there once in a blue moon?

      One hopes they have good hookers there.
