It’s from writings of [Ilia Chavchavadze](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ilia_Chavchavadze), where he’d claim our people has those three divine virtues left to unite. Obviously, such phrasing excluded non-Christian and non-ethnic Georgians, specifically Muslim Georgians living in Adjara that was under the Ottoman control, unification with whom was Ilia’s one of main concerns, and later in his life he changed “faith” in this phrase with “history”.

I’d presume that shirt was made on the waves of the recent Transparency Law protests, when the government used this phrase to discredit the opposition as holding anti-national narratives (the opposition chanted the later version of this phrase, and the government immediately used it to discredit them as neglecting both the church and Ilia’s contribution to the nation).
