An explosion of 90 000 tons ammonia nitrate would be equivalent to an explosion of 37.815 kilotons of TNT. That is the same as bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki combined. And it never should be allowed to build so close to living areas not even talking about the capital city.
