      I’d first determine who’s in charge of ordering the landscaping and who’s doing the landscaping (for instance local council and landscaping company respectively). Contacting the ones commissioning the landscapers will be your best bet, though keep in mind the mentality here isn’t exactly adaptive to change, even if it’s for good. You can improve your chances by including evidence for better watering tactics or asking your neighborhood to petition together. Being part of the community will help since there’s bound to be others that will support your cause

      If this is grass is in private property, I suggest you keep out of it.

      ELC doesn’t care about when landscaping is watered. They will do it whenever is convenient for them.

      Yes bro they are not very smart. Where I live they come every second week and water the vegetation between noon and 15:00. Mean the public areas it’s not private

      And no you can’t let them know. Read my first sentence.

      Couldn’t even tell that to the local councils in Australia when they do this during the middle of the day in summer. Highly doubt you’ll have any luck getting through to anyone here.

      In my area they collect garbage at 3pm. Leaving it to rot and smell in the roads all day! Public services in Malta are a joke!
