So, what is the issue? Why can’t Armenia remove the last bit of problem here?
Let’s make an amendment to our constitution, officially stating willingness to return current Armenian territory into Azerbaijan, we will be even and then agree on peace.
Or Azerbaijan can add reunification of western Azerbaijan to its constitute.
