Er war in den letzten zwei Tagen ganz oben auf der Liste der Trends. Da frage ich mich, ob er auch in Albanien bekannt ist.

No he is not. I don’t think he even shares anything in Albanian. I heard about him when I started to live in Turkey some years ago.
He is not known at all in Albania and his content is only in Turkish. I found out about him from Twitter a few weeks ago from Islamists who were criticising him.
He should produce content in English as well, I am sure he would gain more global traction.
No, I didn’t even know he existed until now
