Their page looks incredibly scammy, no address, and close up photos of piles and piles of stock which, quite frankly look like unreasonable amounts of stock for a shop in ghajnsielem…one video shows what literally looks like hundreds of iPhones

Why would they reply ‘you are welcome’ to ‘where are you located?’?

It’s for sure a scam. On fb marketplace it’s common for scammers to say that they are Gozo-based as that deters people from visiting their supposed physical store and allows them to have a good reason to “do business” that isn’t face-to-face. The two times I spoke to someone who was a clear scammer on marketplace, they said they were based in Gozo.

Looking at their FB page, their branding is very sloppy and their likes are done by people from Arabic countries. I don’t know why scam pages tend to do this. I mean, I know why they fake their likes as that can make them look more renowned and credible, but I don’t know why the likes are so often from Arabic or other African countries. Maybe people from Arabic countries sell their profiles to scammers or their profiles tend to get hacked and used for this kind of stuff, I don’t know. Other profiles that regularly react to this page’s posts just don’t make sense, for example the following profile that keeps posting Maltese news, probably for credibility, and she likes all “her” own posts and all photos of “herself” are taken in different countries -> fake profile: https://www.facebook.com/nurajizah.syarif. Also, looks like the profile is named Martinez Sandra but it used to be called Nurajizah Syarif (Arabic) at one point, as you can see from the URL.

Is the price of the phone really good? Because scammers pretend to have good prices to stand out. They’d rather scam you out of the full price of the product obviously but scams are usually short-lived and it’s better for them to have “low prices” and attract as many victims as they can in a very short time while it lasts and they don’t spend any money on stock anyway, so the full “price” is profit for them anyway.

Also, FB marketplace is RIDDLED with scammers because FB doesn’t do anything about them, so they don’t consider it risky. Have you ever tried reporting a scam on FB? I tried to report the first scammer I encountered in marketplace and I almost considered a career as a scammer on marketplace after that experience, not gonna lie.

Can you pay cash/card on delivery?

As others suggested, it is likely a scam, but usually payment method gives it away.

When I was in Malta I saw one dude selling s23 for like 900 euros. But 700 is just too low amount .

I also saw iPhone 15 for the same money. Why is it so cheap,I have no idea.
