      Article misrepresents the point he’s making. The EU is paying off the Lebanese government to keep Syrians in Lebanon. He basically says the EU should instead just lift sanctions so they can go home and if they don’t want to lift sanctions then the EU should deal with refugees rather than Lebanon.

      Solution isn’t to build camps in Lebanon or in Cyprus, it’s to stop the dumb geopolitical games that only benefit the US and wreck havoc on the Middle East and Europe

      He’s a piece of shit, of course they shouldn’t go to cyprus but Lebanon shouldn’t accept being europe’s barrier for refugees
