Welche Art von Dokumenten benötige ich und kann ich beispielsweise mitten auf der Straße ohne Dokumente anfangen, Orangensaft zu verkaufen? Natürlich nein, aber wo soll ich hingehen, um die Gesetzgebung zu bekommen oder wie es heißt, muss ich der Stadt Skopje Miete für die kleine Straße zahlen, die ich benutze? Kann mir das bitte jemand ausführlich erklären?

If you are in Skopje what I would do is interview 10 of those people already having stands. Macedonia is not really the document straight forward place. You are for sure gonna have to submit documents in The Municipality of Center if in Center, City of Skopje, maybe some Food inspectorate. Good luck 🥲🥲🥲 then for sure bribe. But no worries for the bribe part they will find you when ready.
There are designated areas for this kind of sellers in Skopje. There is an open call for the bidding of the locations for each year. Contact city of skopje, for 2024 the dates are over.
