Too little too late, nothing short of Harper level intake and stopping Tfw all together will satisfy me.
What annoys me is that they’re wasting time painting over a single spot on a canvas full of problems. Like great, this solves a relatively new scheme of couples in tandem coming to Canada on a student visa with the sole intention of working, but it doesn’t suddenly delete the hundreds of thousands of students who are all adding competition to the job and housing markets.
